Offer Outstanding Services to CCIEE Members

The Secretary-General of CCIEE, Mr. Wei Jianguo has recently convened four meetings in order to expand CCIEEs member network and provide its members with better services.
At the meeting, members have been informed of the latest activities that CCIEE has undertaken, such as the successful organization of 2009 Global Think Tank Summit in Beijing, and on-going communication and cooperation with international think tanks from different countries. Besides, members also learned about CCIEEs preparations for the International Seminar for Low-Carbon Economy and New Energy Resources, which will be held next March. Mr. Wei appreciates all the help and support that have been given by CCIEEs members.
Representatives from 44 enterprises attended the meeting and offered valuable suggestions and feedbacks on the development of Chinese economy and improvement of CCIEE works, included large state-owned enterprises, private firms, as well as foreign-funded companies. They believe that the participation of state-owned, foreign-funded and private enterprises will have a significant impact and make great contribution to Chinese economy. To cope with the current financial crisis, the international community should be united to oppose trade protectionism which is currently gaining ground; also, strengthen communication among firms of different types will undoubtedly accelerate the learning process.
All the members are grateful for the networking opportunity provided by CCIEE and are looking forward to participating in future activities. In order to better serve its members, CCIEE will organize regular meetings to collect feedback from its members, so that its excellent member services can be guaranteed consistently!
