CCIEE Holds 26th Monthly Economic Talk

On August 25, 2011, CCIEE held the 26th Monthly Economic Talk at Beijing Media Hotel, under the theme of The Global Debt Crisis: Analysis & Outlook. Mr. Wei Jianguo, Secretary General of CCIEE, chaired the talk.

Prof.HE Liping, Dean of the Financial Department, School of Economics and Business Administration, Beijing Normal University, ZHOU Wen, Researcher of the Research Institute of China Business News, Rikuichi Niikawa, Chief Representative in Beijing, Bank of Japan, WANG Tianlong, Associate Researcher of the Research Department, CCIEE, and ZUO Xiaolei, Chief Economist of Galaxy Securities, delivered speeches respectively. They gave comprehensive analysis on various issues such as the debt risk facing Europe, the US and Japan, and how China should deal with the global debt risk.

In the Q & A section after presentations, the speakers answered various questions from the audiences. Also attend the talk were staff from the research department, research & consulting department and information department of CCIEE, member companies of CCIEE, other research institutions and media.
