CCIEE Conducted Annual Review of Membership Services

On the morning of December 23, 2009, Zheng Xinli, Permanent Vice Chairman of CCIEE, chaired the annual meeting of membership services. Wei Jianguo, Secretary General of CCIEE and Chen Yanbing, Deputy Secretary General of CCIEE, also attended the meeting.
They were briefed about the progress of membership development. They praised the staff at the Division of Membership Services for successfully accomplishing the tasks of 2009, despite tight schedule, staff shortage and immense workload. CCIEE membership services include CCIEE-published regular news releases and research reports, online membership promotion, answers to members' enquires, customer-tailored services, and networking events for members.
Chen Yanbing, Deputy Secretary General of CCIEE, who is in charge of membership services, proposed "Five regular Services" and "Five Individualized Services," which are aimed at better serving CCIEE members. He called on the staff to strive for a higher level of membership services in the coming year. Membership Services staff at the meeting said that they are confident about better performances in 2010 and that they will make their division an important communication channel between CCIEE and its members.
After listening to the briefings, Zheng praised the staff for their efforts in 2009 and encouraged them to keep up the good work and strive for better results in 2010. He also set out the strategic plans for next year. The meeting of membership services is crucial in laying out the goals of membership services in 2010.
