CCIEE Holds Spring Festival Reception for Diplomatic Envoys

On January, 28, 2010, CCIEE held the 2010 CCIEE Spring Festival Reception for diplomatic envoys and representatives of international organizations stationed in China. Zeng Peiyan, Chairman of CCIEE, attended the reception, and Zheng Xinli, Permanent Vice Chairman of CCIEE, gave a welcome speech. Wei Jianguo, Secretary General of CCIEE, was the MC of the reception.

Ambassadors, envoys and counselors from more than 30 countries attended the reception, including Italy, Luxemburg, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Malaysia, Morocco, and so on. Also at the reception were representatives and senior managers from international organizations such as IMF, World bank, World Economic Forum, UNIDO, WWF, The Economist, as well as officials from NDRC and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the three Deputy Secretaries General of CCIEE (Cong Jun, Zhang Xiaochong，Chen Yanbing), and the directors of various departments of CCIEE.

At the reception, the diplomatic envoys highly praised China for its steady economic recovery, congratulated CCIEE for its past achievements, and expressed willingness to strengthen mutual exchanges and cooperation in the future.
