LIANG Yunfeng

Dr. LIANG was born in November 1970. She received her PhD in applied economics, Post-doctoral Fellowship in Public Finance and Green Economy, and certified tax agent qualification. Dr. LIANG Yunfeng is currently the research fellow of Department of Research at the China Center for International Economic Exchanges. she is also doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral assistant supervisor and a member of China Democratic National Construction Association.

Her major research areas include fiscal economics and green economy, specifically fiscal and taxation policies and balanced economic development, green fiscal and taxation theory and policy, enterprise tax-planning strategy, and enterprises’ green developing strategy.

She serves as special advisor of State Technology Project Assessment Office, Ministry of Finance, guest professor of International Tax Seminar of Shandong Province, member of International Tax Research Association Committee of Qingdao, consultant of State Taxation Bureau of Qingdao, and senior consultant of Enquiry Exchange of Qingdao.

Dr. LIANG has participated in sixteen research projects, published over one hundred of reports and journals, and two translation books; also involved in editing four awarded teaching material books.
