Wei Jianguo Meets with Mr. Yusuke Kawanura

On the afternoon of 21st, July 2011, Mr. Wei Jianguo, Secretary-General of CCIEE met with Mr. Yusuke Kawamura, Senior Managing Director of the Daiwa Institute of Research Ltd. Also at the meeting were Mr. Tatsuhiko Hachiya, Executive Director and Deputy Chief Representative of Beijing Representative Office of Daiwa Capital Markets, Mr. Shi Hongen, Representative of Beijing Representative Office of Daiwa Capital Markets, Mr. Zhang Yongjun, Deputy Director-General of the Research Department, Mr. Xu Chaoyou, Deputy Director-General of the Department of External Affairs at CCIEE.

Mr. Wei welcomed Mr. Yusuke Kawamura, briefly introduced CCIEE and gave some suggestions on future cooperation between the two organizations.

Mr. Yusuke Kawamura appreciated Mr. Wei for the meeting and expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation and communication with CCIEE. Moreover, he introduced in detail Japan’s post-disaster reconstruction, possible problems facing the current Japanese economy, as well as the researches which Daiwa has conducted in china. He hoped to deepen the relationship between the two sides in certain areas.
