Wei Jianguo meets British Minister Mr. Oliver Letwin

On March 25^th, 2013, Mr. Wei Jianguo, Vice Chairman of CCIEE met with Mr. Oliver Letwin, Minister for Government Policy in the Cabinet Office of the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

Mr. Letwin gave a brief introduction to the initiatives of simplifying visa procedure in China and he hopes more Chinese enterprises to invest in UK.

Mr. Wei said, to simplify visa procedure to Chinese nationality would help to further strengthen communications and cooperation of two countries in all fields. The current Sino-British relations are experiencing a good time, and both sides could promote mutual investment from three levels: Central government, local government and enterprises. More seminars and dialogues will facilitate Chinese enterprises to focus more on the British market.

Mr. Letwin agreed with Mr. Wei. He expressed his appreciation and would like to work together to promote inter-think tank cooperation between two countries.
