Chinese Delegation Visits Nomura Research Institute and Other Organizations

After attending the Third China-Japan-Korea FTA Forum, co-hosted by China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), Japan-China Organization for Business, Academia and Government, and Korea International Trade Association, on April 14, 2014, led by Mr. Xu Chaoyou, Director-General of the Department of External Affairs of CCIEE, the Chinese delegation visited the Nomura Research Institute. Mr. Akihisa Fujinuma, president of the institute, attended the meeting, at which participants exchanged their views on FTA negotiation and economic and trade cooperation, introduced their organizations. Afterwards, they visited the Tokyo University.

On April 15, 2014, led by Mr. Xu Hongcai, Director of the Information Department of CCIEE, the Chinese delegation visited Japan’s Association of Industrial Machinery. The head of the Environment Equipments Department of the Association attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged their views on Sino-Japan cooperation on environment protection industry, the history and current development of Japan’s environment protection industry, and the policy and potentiality of China’s environment protection industry.

On April 15, 2014, led by Mr. Xu Chaoyou, Director-General of the Department of External Affairs of CCIEE, the Chinese delegation visited the Institute for International Public Research. The president of the institute attended the meeting and shared his views on Japan’s economy, Sino-Japan economic cooperation and the management of think tanks.
