CIEE Will hold Global Governance and Sustainable Economic Development Conference

On the morning of November 5^th, 2010, CCIEE held a press conference for the forthcoming Global Governance and Sustainable Economic Development Conference. Mr. Wei introduced the preparatory works CCIEE has done for the conference which will be held on November 10^th, 2010.

This high-profile conference is jointly organized by CCIEE and Bertelsmann Foundation of Germany. The theme of the conference is Global Governance and Sustainable Conference, and it has four sessions, namely: The G20: Its Agenda for Seoul and Its Role in Global Governance, The International Trade System: Facilitating more Productivity, Efficiency and Inclusion, Global Development: Spurring Innovation and Sustainability, and Global Financial Architecture: The Path Toward Stability and Sustainability. Participants including Chinese and foreign government officials, scholars and experts and entrepreneurs will have in-depth discussions  of significant issues regarding the construction of a global economic governance.
