CCIEE Holds Appreciation Reception for Media

On 17^th January, 2012, CCIEE held the appreciation reception for media at the Diaoyutai hotel. The reception was chaired by Chen Yongjie, Deputy Secretary General of CCIEE, and Wei Jianguo, Secreatry General of CCIEE, gave a short speech. Managers and journalists from more than ten media were invited, including People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, China National Radio, Economic Daily News, China News Services and so on.

Mr. Wei Jianguo thanked the media for their continuous support, comprehensive coverage of CCIEE events and the important role they have played on expanding CCIEE’s influence. He hopes that the Media and CCIEE will continue to strengthen cooperation in the new year, let CCIEE play a more important role of economic research, international exchanges and consulting service. At the end, he sent his best new year wishes to all the guests.

Representatives from more than 9 media made remarks at the event, including Yang Chunyang, Deputy Director of the Sound of Economy program, China National Radio, Ma Yongjun, Producer of the News Center of CCTV, and Zhang Mingxin, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of China News Services. They congratulated CCIEE on its success and development over the past year, and expressed their willingness to strengthen cooperation with CCIEE so as to give full play to CCIEE’s role as a think tank.
